Island hopping time. Not really after anything specific, probably a Normal would be good? Islands found: fidget spinner x4, curly river, short river and pond x2, money rock x2, big fish, short river, spiral, mountain Rejects: Boyd, Blaire, Tia, Octavian, Stu, Muffy, Deli, Scoot, Merengue, Frita, Olivia, Boomer Final outcome: Ed. Every island needs a ridiculous blue horse.

Flick is hands-down my favorite NPC besides Blathers and Celeste! CJ is a little annoying, but I love him, too. When they get married, Flick will DEFINITELY wear black. Species I would like to see as villagers: LEMURS Parrots FOXES GOD DAMMIT Geckos Chameleons JELLYFISH!!!! Whale villagers because I think they would look very funny. More cats, specifically my two cats, because they would make excellent Peppy and Snooty villagers. Okay, one would make a great Peppy and the other would play whatever ghost Wisp is afraid of, or whatever the ghost NPC's name is.

Gulliver's stupid communicator parts just did not want to spawn today. I did stockpile some bait for the fishing tourney I guess but that took way too long. I just want Stonehenge already, you feathery moron. On the plus side it's just started snowing, so at least everything's pretty now. Also means my flowers will go berserk again, but so be it. And Ed has already started socialising, so Elvis didn't curse the house spot when he left, which is good.

The last few days the perfect snowboys I've been rolling up have congratulated me by sending a large snowflake-crafted item in the mail the next day. (And then I can get large snowflakes from them starting the next day before they melt away.) I don't mind, I just find it a little odd. (My inventory hasn't been full, I haven't rolled them all up perfectly on the first try, this started before I got the Nook Miles achievement for perfect snowboys. Just answering a few questions before they're asked.  )

So in my quest to make imperfect snowboys after getting all the recipes and nook mile achievements, I’ve created two perfect ones. What the hell. I’m purposefully not trying and making them small and out of proportion.

Knowing that would have saved me a lot of time earlier in the season.

Nah, four days, same as the rest. Honestly I haven't bothered making any for a few days now unless it's a daily NM+ goal, I don't need more snowflakes either and leaving the snowballs there lets me farm dung beetles throughout the day.

That’s odd, I still get an occasional one but now that you mention it the mail from them has definitely slowed down a lot from what it was before. Wait in fact the only letters I’ve received from neighbors has been when I was getting gifts from them since my pockets were full when talking to them.
