The people who are voting Starship Troopers 1 or 2 are crazy. This movie loving owns. When it was released back in 97, it flew right past people's heads. Critics were interpreting it as a defense of fascist ideals, and movie-goers were too lame to realize what an amazing entertainment movie it in fact was. The effects are awesome, the acting is perfect for the material and the social subtext is smarter than you might think it is at first. 4.5/5
