This movie loving sucks. The characters are idiotic, the dialogue is stupid and the acting is terrible. And, aside from the bugs, the effects were really lovely. The space scenes were barely better than "Spaceballs." The action actually sucked; it looked good, but consisted of morons running around in random crowds with assault rifles while they got prison-raped by CGI bugs. It was stupid and boring once the shock value of the cool looking bugs wore off. The "satire" is lame. It never gets any deeper than LOL LOOK HOW NAZIS ACT ARENT THEY FUNNY WITH THEIR PROPAGANDA AND BLACK-AND-SILVER ENSEMBLES AND DUMB PROPAGANDA LOL. And if it is a satire of the book, which I think is entertaining but no masterpiece or anything, it is the most stupid attempt at satire I can think of. As a satire of the book, it just makes no sense, unless they were too stupid to comprehend the book, which is saying quite a bit because the book is about as subtle as getting hit in the head with an aluminum softball bat. 1/5.
