Is the dubbing actually decent? I think I re-watched the first episode of DNT with dubs and it just didn't work for me at all. Does it get better?

Yeah the dub is passable from what I remember. I don't think it's going to blow anyone away, but for modern anime dubbing it's good.

Unfortunately, I think the last time I tried to look up info on the season 4 dub people were saying the voice director stated they weren't dubbing the show anymore.

Which is weird and a huge bummer, dropping a show in the middle like that.
