Maybe all the hype made it out to be too good, but I left kind of disappointed. It definitely wasn't a bad film; however, there just didn't seem to be much consistency or even content. For a movie dealing with the universe, they sure make it feel incredibly small and limited. The thing that really made it its worst was the stupid love plot. It just doesn't fit at all and every scene where they try to incorporate it comes off as a complete 180 to the rest of the film. 3.5
