That is just badass. Do they counterweight them like that so they can stay balanced or something?

Only thing you need is a locked diff. The way they pop it on two wheels at high speed with no ramps is badass. The times I've ridden in a car on two wheels the speed have been slower and a small ramp was used to lift the car. Like a 1ft high ramp.

Poor choice of the McLaren, if you're comparing day to day use. A regular F1 would be a better choice than a LM. But I guess you take any F1 you can get your hands on.

I remember them talking about on TopGear that Hammond in the rocket car (before the crash), could very well set the UK land-speed record. My question though is how is that possible? Do you people not have top-fuel dragsters over there? They hit 350+mph in a quarter-mile.

IIRC to set an official land-speed record you need to average the speed over 1km and the do it again in the ooposite direction within hour.

Sub 1000kg 2.5l NA 4wd cars would be an awesome format for WRC.

I think the Giulia Q uses accelerometers in addition to wheel speeds to detect what is happening. It doesn't give the full beans on dyno even if all 4 wheels rotate. It needs to be put in "dyno mode" with a tester.
