Well, I AM from Mexico. So I grew up taking these cabs every day to go to places. And my mom owned a blue one, my aunt a white one. They were the shiiiiiiiiit. Same with the Combi Vans or whatever they're called in the US.

5 axis CNC mill cutting a V8 engine block out of a solid block of aluminum. Crazy to watch one of these machines milling compound curves and such with every axis moving independently all at once AND being able to hold a few microns tolerance on the finishing operations (width of human hair = 80+ microns).

Company I work for has 3, 5 axis mills like this. You can drat near make anything you can draw in CAD so long as you can get a tool to every nook and hold it properly.

This was posted like 2 years ago in this thread, and it's always awesome to see it again. The thing goes into a trance at around 8 minutes.
