I just finished The White Man's Burden by William Eastery (aka the Anti-Jeffrey Sachs) which is also good. It gives an interesting opposing viewpoint to Sachs. I don't really want to start a flame war over who is right, but I liked reading both as a point/counterpoint sort of thing.
