Son of A Witch, by Gregory Maguire. I admit that I read Wicked and loved it for its character and interesting political crap - I like alternative looks at old universes - but this sequel was boring and unsatisfying. Couple good lines here and there, though. Also, Fragile Things, by Neil Gaiman. Good lord do I love this man. As a short story collection, I found it a little monotonous in theme, but I guess that was the point. I just think that part of the charm of his short stories is finding them in anthologies where you wouldn't expect that weirdo little twist.
