I saw this movie on TV in the late 90s. Based on the hairstyles/quality I'd guess it was made sometime in the 70s or early 80s. It was about a bunch of people trapped in some sort of prison on an island. The people who ran the prison decided to let the prisoners out and then hunt them down. At one point, a guy is immolated after being kicked around with gasoline jugs tied to his neck. I think the prisoners wore some sort of yellow jumpsuits, but I'm not too clear on that. It was a pretty crappy movie but it's bugging me that I can't remember what it's called.

I haven't read the first thread (sorry), so these may well have already been done. This one is so very vague, and I've never found anyone who could recall a similar movie (IMDB/Google searches didn't help), so I'm beginning to think maybe it was just a bad nightmare I remembered... 1) Seen - Early/Mid 90s. Group of kids build a really big ice fort/castle (big enough to walk around in for them). At the end the castle falls apart and their dog dies? 2) Same time frame, probably a late 80s early 90s movie. A school where the teachers are apparently robots and are frankly, not very nice. One scene where a teacher makes some kid eat bullets, another where a teacher stabs a kid through the foot with her shoe heel. I seem to recall some sort of either teleportation or time travel at the end to get away. Sorry these are so vague, but if anyone could help me out (especially with the first one), I'd be forever grateful. Edit: Simple IMDB search finds "Class of 1999" for #2 (bad movie). I saw this Thai movie, about 2-3 years old I think. It's about a Japanese man hiding from the yakuza in Thailand, and then his brother comes to visit him and get's killed. The guy ends up falling in love with some stripper. What in the hell is the name I've been looking everywhere. Also, this 80's kid's movie about a girl that travels to some magical land to find berries from a tree of life type thing to save her mother/aunt/grandma or something. I remember the tree being in the glass case protected by a witch, and the berries can't touch the ground for some reason.

Okay.. I think I am pushing it by asking for ANOTHER movie.. but here I go... There was this movie I saw not too long ago (two years maybe?). It was about this guy who had really bad luck, and everyone though he was a pervert, but he was doing somewhat normal things. For example, he tried to hang himself, but his parents found him and they assumed some sexual thing. Between every 'event', he would meet up with his friends (or his brother who was married?) and they would try to justify it (or something). Finally, at the end, he is working for a demolition company and he is in the way of a wrecking ball. The ball hits and the boss assumes he is inside the house (the ball broke through) masturbating. At the VERY end, he is dead, on a table, and the guy at the morgue is about to have sex with them.. or they imply that. It was a short movie, but it had a few somewhat-famous people in it. I hope somebody remembers the name because it was pretty funny  Also the best friend forever-ship offer is up to the person who knows!

Okay this one is for sadists.. I can't remember the title of this one straight-to-video horror movie shot on miniDV about what else but invisible gremlins that can only be seen on a crappy miniDV camera. At the end of the movie he punches them and kicks them in their lil groins.

I remember seeing what appeared to be an American 50s/60shome movie clip of a large fireball travelling horizontally with a great deal of smoke billowing out of it. The setting was in the desert and there were a number of cars pulled over to the side of the road and people standing by them watching the fireball speed past. I am not sure if this was a genuine home movie or some fx for a film or documentary.

Saw this on tv when I was like 12. It looked like a teenage sex comedy, but from the 80s. It was set at a beach resort. The main plot was a guy who is mistaken for a studly lifeguard (who i distinctly remember wearing swim trunks with lipstick prints on them) and is accused of sleeping with a married man's wife, and said married man chases him around for the whole movie and tries to kill him. A subplot involved a guy with a big dick, and women trying to see it. Any help? Thanks in advance

Just thought of another one It was a collection of shorts about sex. The shorts I remember were one in which two miniature claymation critters film a couple having sex, one in which these little animated guys are watching a stripper and they keep dying, and the last one is basically an encyclopedia of terms for and about the penis as cartoons.

Reposting this from the gbs thread... It was an older movies, late 70's/early 80's and took place in Detroit or maybe Chicago. It was about a boy who was pretty much a nerd in high school who was picked on by the popular kid. He then made friends with an outcast who was also really huge and really quiet. The big guy beat up the popular kid for the nerd and they became really good friends. I remember they rebuilt an old motorcycle and rode it all over town. It later came to be known that the big guy was kind of messed up in the head because his little brother shot himself with their dad's gun while he was watching him. Later on in the movie I remember the popular kid came back but this time with an even bigger bully and he basically beat the poo poo out of the nerd's big guy and threw the motorcycle in a lake or something. A random part of the movie I remember is when all the kids are after school hanging out somewhere. And the popular kid asks some nerd girl if she would like to go see a movie. She responds excitedly saying yes and he says something like "well have fun then" and everyone laughs at her. I saw it on either the Bravo channel or A&E around 7 or 8 years ago. This one is a horror movie, probably from the 70's, that I either saw on TV or my dad rented when I was a kid.. It was either about a haunted house or somebody with psychic powers or something, the only thing I really remember is a death scene involving a woman getting the top of her head cut off by a wall mounted can opener. If anybody knows, I wanna watch this again just so I can stop thinking about it.

Okay, I've been dwelling on this for YEARS, and it's eating my brain away. Someone help please. I remember watching this movie on TV, late one night, circa 1996-99 (we didn't have HBO so it must have been network TV or basic cable). The plot involved two bums - a younger white guy, and an older black guy who were trying to help each other and work their way up. The black guy was played by a demure, dignified sort of actor in the vein of Morgan Freeman, although I've imdb'd him and didn't recognize anything. All I recall is that it moved me to tears when the older bum went missing for a few days, and the young guy finally found him dead by some train tracks (I think). I HAVE to know what movie this is. Any ideas?

This one is kind of recent but I could use some help. It's a crime movie, British guy with a beard, he gave up crime and went to live as some kind of hermit but comes back to kill the people who either killed his brother or made him OD or something. The trailer for it is on the DVD of the Machinist. I cannot remember the title or anyone who was in it. There's a similiar movie out there that ISN'T it but looks a lot like it, I can't remember that movies name either but it's British and looks really low budget, which the movie I'm thinking of is not. Whew.

Later the girl's mother is cleaning up the room, and finds a little metal ball, from the troll's jester style hat.
