So I was watching Emmanuelle 2000: Emmanuelle in Paradise, and the director spiced up some boring sex scenes with some black and white shots from an old movie that takes place in Arabia. I don't recognize where they are from, but hopefully someone here knows: (click for larger)

No, this one is real old school, silent film era (or just after) as the leads had the extra makeup of the period (and the camera speed was consistant with early handcrankers.) The giant bat is on a string so can't be anything Harryhausen. I don't know of any films like that from that era, though.
