The film was black & white, and was made decades ago.

There was absolutely no narrative, the entire movie was just footage of machines in a factory. Even Koyaanisquatsi had more narrative than this movie.

I don't think so... as far as I recall, every single shot was of factory machines doing stuff. Pressing, rotating, conveyor belts moving, etc.

"Jimmy Crack Corn", but lyrics changed. It was from some TV movie from the 70's or 80's. The premise was a poor latchkey kid who ate out of dumpsters, and was sick of the school lunch, so he wrote his "Chicken Pot Pie" opus.
