What is this? It looks like a regular precision bass but with an extra pickup from the Big Block Precision. The fourth knob leads me to think it's active? If it were passive I would love to purchase one of these to replace that humbucker with a Dark Star. Regardless, it's a great looking bass. I believe "The Godfather" had high and low pass filters for each string, which would account for most of those knobs. Phil Lesh was playing a speaker system for awhile that would send the output from each string to different speaker configurations, something only made possible by Alembic's massive modifications of his Starfire.
