Might be getting a pair of these in the next weeks: The AV guys at my job have a pair, I'm gonna try them out at work before I buy a set for myself. I'll be using them for general music listening, playing of DI guitar and bass, and mixing and mastering of my crappy metal music.

Has reverb and a low resonance control and most importantly a contour control for some metal awesomeness. This is my first tube amp and the thing is wayy loud does that combo have a closed or open back? what speaker?
