I just got the same jacket (really happy with it, by the way) and I know I'm going to be hatin' life here on the Texas coast, so I'd like some tips on staying cool under leather as well so I don't have to go and get another lovely mesh jacket.

 Have you considered having a helmet custom painted? Maybe a flat black helmet with a stencilled skull or "Chrome Sucks" or whatnot on the back? Or maybe Scareface airbrushed on? The helmet above would probably be cool.
