I'm not sure how "tiny" this request is but here goes: I'd like a Firefox extension that monitors my browsing activities and creates a searchable list of links. Every time I visit a page it takes the page title and URL and adds it to the list if it doesn't already exist. Then the list could be opened in a sidebar where it displays all the page titles of pages I've visited and clicking on one sends me to the associated URL. And there's a search box at the top so if I've visited this thread then searching for "custom" or "app" would display a link to this thread (plus any other pages with "custom" or "app" in the title). Is that too big? If so then I won't post it in the wiki.

I'd like a PHP script that allows me to upload files to my web server without having to log in. I've looked around for something like this but I can't find anything that isn't feature packed with things I don't need. Preferably the page would just look like this: Password: [_________] File: [_______________________][ Browse... ] [ Upload ] And this would upload the file to a directory that requires a password to access the index. I don't need to manage the files at all; I can do that via FTP when I get home. I probably know enough about PHP to cobble this together myself but I don't know anything about web security so I'm worried I'll leave a huge security hole or something http://www.tinyappz.com/wiki/Request:1178039708

Not a problem with small files but if you're uploading one that's anywhere over 500KB or so, you don't really want to be kept waiting only to be told you've put the wrong password in.

I've been using a tiny goon-made application that somebody posted in SHSC years ago named UnzipDL. Unfortunately my hard drive failed yesterday so I've lost it and I can't remember said goon's username. Basically it's a single executable and an ini file which contains a location, for example 'C:\Unzipped'. Then you download a zip with Firefox and tell it to open it with UnzipDL and check the "do this automatically for file like this form now on" checkbox After that, every time you click on a link to a zip file Firefox automatically downloads it and the contents of the file are immediately extracted to the location you set in the ini file into a folder with the same name as the zip file. For example if the unzip location is 'C:\Unzipped' and you download the file 'abc.zip' then the contents of the zip file are extracted to 'C:\Unzipped\abc' The program has absolutely no UI except for a small "unzipping" notification that appears in the center of the screen. As soon as it finishes extracting the zip the program exits. Anybody feel like making this? Or if the original creator is reading this, can you post it again? I'm pretty much dependent on it now

http://www.tinyappz.com/wiki/Request:1200504225 Here's an interesting one. I don't know much about programming but I imagine this would be a bit of a challenge. An application which, when run, brings up a dialog box with a list of all my currently running applications. I select an application and it creates a big rectangle that fills the entire screen like a maximized window would. It should appear in the taskbar like an ordinary window, except it doesn't have a title bar at the top with the - □ x buttons. It's just a big block of color. For an example of what I mean see this sticky note program: http://www.stickiesforwindows.com/ Now for the tricky part. The rectangle should stay directly beneath the application that I selected from the dialog box, and any windows beneath the application I selected will be hidden by the block. So if I have solitaire open and minesweeper above that, when I select minesweeper from the list of running applications the block of color will fill the entire screen, blocking solitaire from view so I can just see minesweeper. MS Paint representation: So basically the big yellow rectangle stays glued to the back of the minesweeper window. When I minimize and maximize minesweeper the block should do the same. Have fun! 51KB http://www.pleasesendhelp.com/crap/DeskPad.exe I can't test this on Windows 7 but it's incredibly bare-bones so I'd be surprised if it doesn't work. On startup and shutdown the application automatically reads from and writes to a Notes.txt file in the same directory as the executable. Just make sure you use Win+M because Win+D doesn't work edit: Wiki updated - http://www.tinyappz.com/wiki/DeskPad If you'd like anything changed or added I can work on this more over the weekend. Yes that's easy. I updated the script: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/65085 Also here are some generic rules you can try that should work on most vBulletin and phpBB boards, if you really hate having the entire page resized. For phpBB boards: rules[1] = "http://www.example.com:#phpbb #page-body"; For vBulletin boards: rules[2] = "http://www.example.com:div.page .tborder"; The problem is the page structure tends to change from site to site so they're not guaranteed to always work.

It doesn't work at all or just on americasdebate.com? I'm not familiar with Opera's Greasemonkey support but I think the included pages need to be manually specified at the top of the script, so if you haven't added // @include http://www.americasdebate.com/forums/* then it won't work. Unless Opera has an interface for that. Also made this yesterday because I couldn't find the yospos script and I have the same phobia http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/65262
