Does anyone know why the Middleman Omnibus us not available anywhere? I can't imagine the thing selling out, is there a printing or shipping issue?

I pre-ordered the drat thing way before the TV show came out, and the day it was supposed to ship; I got an e-mail from Amazon saying they didn't get it in. I didn't know if it get pushed back like the Scud omnibus, or what.

Also, as enjoyable as the show can be, I fear it's not long for this world.

I hope I'm wrong, though.
