It's the website of the Korean Central News Agency, official news source of North Korea. It's got some of the most ridiculous propaganda ever. Most of the articles are attacks on the US and Japan ("U.S. Reckless Arms Buildup under Fire!") sprinkled with really irrelevant North Korean happenings ("Polish Sports Poster Exhibition Held"). Also note that the official *North Korean* news site is hosted in *Japan*...I guess the Dear Leader couldn't find any servers in his own country...
