Kalnoky said the same thing in Chicago on the 10th, but if I remember correctly he said that Thatcher now had a prosthetic hand and it was pretty clear he was joking. He said the same thing about "I asked him if he wanted to cancel, but he said 'gently caress no!" or something like that.
