i love thorns!! weirdly underrated imo. binging helvete and black metal: evolution of the cult recently (both fantastic!) made me listen to them. i forget which one i heard it in, but re: the murder, i just feel kinda bad for snorre now.. he didn't seem to have wanted to drive varg to kill euronymous, even at the time -- he's just like very meek and bad at saying no due to vaguely specified Reasons from childhood  he also doesn't know what a major chord is, bless his heart. i think that's pretty black metal:  his youtube channel is great! he just uploaded a video about grymyrk! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dxim-m0Vi7o
