Seeing that they're discontinuing the Classic, are there any reasonable alternatives that have a similar storage capacity? It's amazingly convenient to just able to load up all my music every few months and not have to worry about missing tracks or playlists when I'm traveling with it.

Will Apple just fix/replace it for a fee?
