SuperCaptainJ posted:There's a mockup at the top of : http://www.zodttd.com/ Hahahahaha, I guess they deserve some credit for trying, but A LOT of PSX games require the ability to use the directional pads and trigger buttons at the same time, and even if you try to do some finger yoga to get around this, you'll end up covering most of the screen anyway, not to mention having to be able to push one of the 4 buttons at any time. Does anyone else get artifacts while watching some youtube videos? Like the colors not being right?

Apparently cats can use the touch as well. The screen reacts well to touches from their paws and nose.

Luk3 posted:Here is a sample. I can get proper G-Force readings from it, but from there I just can't seem to get acurate numbers. I calibrate the Y readings by subtracting .031250 from all cells. What application are you using to log these values? I'd like my hand decifering this as well. I autocross my car so this would actually be a nifty tool.

SuperCaptainJ posted:It was just announced at Macworld that all new iPod touches will be getting all the iPhone apps (Mail, Maps, Stocks, Notes..). For existing iPod touch owners, you can pay 20 bucks and get them as well. APPLE IS loving US Oh wait I already have all those apps on my touch Do you think that apple is going to make an extra effort to make 1.1.3 jailbreak proof seeing as how it has the potential of making them more money?

Hillridge posted:It knows where you are on the map? How? There's a database of 23 million wifi hotspots. Based on the hotspots in your area and the signal strength (distance) to them, it can estimate your current location. The more wifi hotspots in your area that are also in this database, the more accurate the locator will be. It's similar to the technology used on the iphone, except cell phone towers are used instead of hotspots.

It's a shame the IM programs are busted right now for MSN. They have so much potential and it's awesome to be online every second of the day. Meebo is a good alternative but you have to keep safari open
