Not sure where to ask this, so here goes: I have an old lady cat with glaucoma. She gets treated three times daily with dorzolamide and is otherwise pretty spunky for 15 years old. In July I will be away for two weeks. Are there alternative therapies, even in the short term, that could treat her glaucoma with once-daily treatments? This would dramatically increase my ability to get someone to take care of her without spending a ton of money on a vet tech living with her or something. She sees a veterinary opthamalogist, but it's VERY hard to get ahold of that doctor outside of emergencies/scheduled visits, so while i wait for her to get back to me I'm trying to figure out potential options that would let me actually line someone up to take care of her. Let me know if this can be posted elsewhere.
