I like how he calls it a "show car" and yet he couldn't be bothered to get the panel gaps right, or even match the bumper cover color to the sheet metal. Something is up with his driver's side door too - maybe a quick n' dirty respray?

This is all coming from somebody who isn't very fussy about appearance looking at relatively low-res photos. God only knows what it looks like in real life. :xd:

A couple things I hate about that post. First, it's in Kansas City, where I live now; and second, the "car page" is an Iowa State University student page, where I went to school :cry:

Anyway, I read all the stuff he said about it, but I still don't see where all the money went. It's still got hubcaps, for christ's sake.

The price is right on, though, since he says it has $59000 miles. What a deal!

I don't know anything about Supras, but the car in this ad is not a typical DD Supra. I'm not saying the price is right (I have no idea), but it's definitely not a garden variety Supra if it really has 1082rwhp as claimed in the ad.

He has that much money in parts alone, not counting installation, fabrication, tuning and dyno time. Building stupidly fast cars is not something you do on a limited budget. The market for this thing is limited, but believe me that it will sell for close to that amount.
