Why do people not understand that mileage on the vehicle doesn't = engine mileage. The guy only posted the mileage on the rebuilt engine, and claims that as the truck's miles.

a customer of mine, who has a Bently, ive seen it, rebadged his Nissan Titan with BMW logos, even the steering wheel.
