I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet: Spirit Armor's Mecha and Demons: Messing With History Since 1923. Let's Play Sakura Wars! thread is among the funniest things I've seen in a long time. He's started with a game that doesn't take itself too seriously in the first place, then adds in wonderfully twisted commentary and OOC-asides that shed a whole new light on the situation. Throw in the occasional MS-Paint masterpiece, and you get comedy gold. Plus, the occasional just-out-of-the-bath scene with young women. In case you need another reason.
