MP4/M4V is the preferred format on Apple products, and as far as I know all youtube videos (all of them uploaded in the last couple of years, anyway) have mp4 versions. You can download specific sizes/formats using youtube-dl and add them into itunes.

I was hoping to watch the Valkyria Chronicles lp on the archive, but the videos seem to be lost to the whims of Blip. Anyone know of another source for this, or someone else who's done a watchable LP of it?
