Miosis more like meiosis
 Zoolooman's Civilization 4 LP is a thing of alternate-history beauty, and hopefully he'll update it soon, dammit.

Even if he doesn't, his expoundings on the history of the Russangxi people are well worth the read. I know it got me back into Civ 4...
