My personal favorite at the moment are Zutatens Xenosaga Threads. Episode 1 and Episode 2. Most of my love obviously comes from that im a big xeno* fan. But it's not just the game, zutaten is doing great on this. For a plot heavy game like this the subtitled movies are great, and offer a lot of info. Also fun wikipedia facts and more. But the best thing is that having played the 3 games, looking back at the first ones like this you see a lot stuff that makes a lot more sense if you've played episode 3.
