How far up a wall do toilet inlet supply lines usually go? I want to hang a cabinet above the toilet, but don't want to poke a bunch of holes in any pipes. The screws will be put into the wall about 75 inches above the floor, but one of them will centered over the shutoff valve (just much higher up on the wall).

I bought a Barbara Karst Bourgainvillea vine and I wonder how troublesome the roots might be if I plant it at the front of my house near where my water lines are buried. I don't have many places around my house that would be good for a vine that needs sun all day and other than the water lines this is an ideal location.

Is there any chance the roots of a shrub could grow deep enough into the ground to damage a sewer line? I have a Texas Sage and a Winter's Pride shrub that are both just about above where the sewer line is most likely buried, and they've only been there about a year, so digging them up wouldn't be too hard but I don't want to go through the trouble if it's safe to leave them there.
