Whenever there is a stoppage of play stand over the goaltender and wait till some knucklehead defenceman gives you a shove, then fall directly on top of the goaltender. You have the benefit of getting back at that padded jerk, and the defenceman will probably take a 2 minute minor for crosschecking you in the back of the head while you're on top of the guy.
