That's a great way to think of it - it should be a very personalised toast rather than speech involving you, Daveo and Sharon this one time... Other than making the toast/speech, taking responsibility for the rings, standing up the front looking handsome and perhaps signing the marriage certificate as a witness, the major responsibility of the best man is coordinating the buck's night. Find the nicest stripper in the joint and you've done your duty  Also, start practicing smiles now because the photo session on the big day is demanding!
