VEHICLE: 1968-71 Volkswagen Type 1 Beetle
GOAL: Restore to a Comfortably aesthetic, driving car
DIFFICULTY: Difficult but not a job requiring a professional
COSTS: Kind of lost count but as much is needed to make it work.

The original base care was a 71 beetle with an ample (aka a crap load) amount of rust on the pan and heater channels. Me and my dad found the '68 on craigslist with next to no rust and next to no engine, rear suspension, interior, or lights. The job has been a fun ride and we have managed to take the two cars and make them a great vehicle.
