I run plex on my Windows 10 rig and it's totally fine. I use TeamViewer to remote in when needed, and it's set to automatically log back in upon restarts so that's not a problem either. Eventually I want to get a dedicated NAS like a synology or something like that, but the problem is I need transcoding for my parents/brothers that also use my plex.
