YO ASSHOLE

 I have a 403b I've been contributing to for a while now and I'm not a fan of the high fees attached and performance so far. How complicated would it be to swap into another provider my school districts approves of and transfer the current money and manage it myself? It would be from Equitable to something like Vanguard.
