This is the first time I've owned two matching monitors, and it's every bit as nice as I hoped it would be.

Ikea Mikael desk with a glass top. Also, the Signum is pretty much the best thing ever for cable management. Never gonna live like poo poo again.

That setup looks good but I don't see how you guys with two monitors can orient them such that the middle bezels sit directly in front of you. You're always craning your neck slightly left or right.

What Dundee said. My chair also swivels, so if I'm playing a game or something, I can just point myself towards whatever monitor is the primary for the task at hand.

That was the monitor I had on my first personal computer, so 2000 sounds about right. 15yo me thought those speakers were pretty sweet.

For you guys with dual monitors... the biggest annoyance about them for me is that I can no longer just vaguely and broadly whip my mouse pointer up to the upper right corner of the main screen to close programs like I used to because if I do, the cursor just flies over to the right-most screen.

Are there any programs that sort of let you add an artificial mouse pointer stopper to the upper right edge of the main screen so I can keep absentmindedly flipping the cursor up and over to click and close programs?

Windows 8 already does this for you by default, along with a few other nice multi-monitor enhancements.

What happened to the awesome side-speakers? Those Compaq monitors just aren't the same without them, man.

I think I've finally got my workbench set up the way I want it.

Does anyone have recommendations for places to get a decent quality cloth desk mat with custom print? The rubber underside on mine finally deteriorated to the point where it's dried and peeling off and I want to try making something in Illustrator instead of replacing it with another boring black mat.

While I'm here:

The red keys are only because the regular ones are in the wash I swear.

I got my Mirra 2 from a guy who wanted to "upgrade" from his office supplied WFH chair to one of those stupid race car gaming chairs. I can't blame real office furniture companies for trying to get in on that market with chairs that aren't pieces of poo poo.

I was biting my lip the whole time we were waiting for the etransfer to go through because he was going on about how he needed to upgrade if he wanted to be taken seriously as a competitive gamer and streamer.
