That's correct. I never was a fan of the tall Jerker. I need to go to Ikea and pick up a pair of these to get my cables off of the ground, unless someone has a better suggestion. I don't want to shove them behind my PC because a rat's nest does me no good when I need access to my cables, as I frequently do.

They pop up on the used market from time to time, so keep your eyes peeled. They're very popular, though, and getting someone to part with one is like getting them to give up a child.
There's a reason that desk has had entire threads devoted to it here in SH/SC, as any time it shows up in a photo people ask what it is and where they can get it. Why Ikea discontinued it is a complete mystery to me.

It's been a while. Time for an update, this time from a new angle!

The monitor got swapped (Dell U2410), router got swapped (AirPort Extreme), Xbox 360 got swapped (Elite) and got banished along with the PS3 to the bookshelf. PC probably got updated a few times too, but it's still the same case. Oh and there's a cute little Mac Mini on the desk now too. :3:

It's awesome having every device hooked up to a single display with room still to spare.

It's a classic Ikea Jerker (non-shelved version); since discontinued.

It's huge, sturdy, and has subtle styling. It's basically my perfect desk.

Your desk is a bit bare. My Ikea Jerker recently got a new desk lamp and a little plant. :3:

I like that the lamp is a spotlight that can be swiveled around to add accent lighting to the room when I don't need it pointed at my work surface.

edit: Also why is every drat desk lamp LED now?! I can't stand the cool light. I get that it's energy efficient and the bulbs don't need replacing, but still.
