All I can really remember about it was that there it was a mission or level based game, definitely not an arena based multiplayer game or anything like that, though it might have had 2P duels? And there were a bunch of different characters to choose from, but all of them were on bikes of a sort. Maybe hover-bikes? I don't really recall. But all combat was done through heavily armed bikes or at least vehicles. One character's special attack was Twist and Shout, and I'm sure most of the other characters had music references to them as well.
