Yeah just buy a synology. I'm not kidding. You don't have any useful requirements. Put it on a ups and back it up regularly.

The support contract gets you someone with any part of the system in some "guaranteed" number of hours after they agree you need that part. Anything else is luck. Same with like hardware network devices, load balancers, basically anything "enterprise".
