I am bad at figuring out FM synthesis. I'm trying to recreate the sound used in late 80s Williams pinball machines. Examples: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fCKDvjVzpNQ (tell me this doesn't get you fuckin' pumped to play some pinball) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W075Y1p3gAE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J38EqLOuFGw (This one was a bit later, may be different hardware) These are pretty similar instruments if not entirely identical. The Williams games of this era used the Yamaha YM2151, a 4-op FM synth that was pretty common in arcade games of the day; its bigger cousin made its way into the Genesis. I'm armed with most of the iPad synth apps, notably TF7 and DXi (a 4-op DX7 clone that's probably my best bet). I can get kiiiinda similar but not really there. Any ideas? Wish I were more familiar with figuring out FM sounds but no luck so far.

Korg has a soft M1 available for fifty bucks. Also part of their legacy collection for $200. The Piano 16' preset was pretty much the Chosen Piano for 90's house and one day I will get around to figuring out how the damned thing works.

Yeah it's layered -- the higher pitch doesn't follow the same melody as the bass. I haven't nailed the sound but the actual bass part is almost certainly a square wave and if I had to guess the upper melody is some sort of self-resonance.

Kindof has an FM vibe to me, but I'm not terribly good at programming FM and don't use Reason so not sure where to go from there.

That's a Prophet '08, not an Analog Keys.

His Holiness Gordon Reid did an article in his Synth Secrets series specifically on generating this sort of 'spit brass' envelope. Doesn't necessarily have the answer you want, but an interesting read nonetheless.
