Didn't Gateway lose all support and any and all community trust and goodwill after doing that update which bricked your console if you (even unknowingly) had a clone card? I hope it did, it would make a very bad example if they were still around after pulling that poo poo. (Disclaimer: I'm not just bitter due to having fallen victim to that trick, I've already had my 3DS on the wrong firmware by the time they released their cars)
