There was this Star Wars video edit compilation from years ago on the forums where Han always shot second, like when they're in prison level and the comm panel shoots at Han before he blasts it, and they're in the trash compactor and the door shoots at him first, and in the Cloud City when they meet Vader and Vader shoots at Han before he returns fire.
