Does anyone remember this one flash site where bands and movies and actors were connected by relevance or similarity? Like, each band was a bubble, and they were connected by lines, with the closer ones being more relevant, and the size of the bubble represented...something else I forget.

Ringing any bells? Is it still around?

I don't have the exact one you're speaking of, but I do have one alternative. Allmusic.com used to have a cloud tool as well, but it disappeared with one of their updates. It seems to me that Pandora employed something similar for a while, though it's no longer available to Canucks like me. Anyway, here's another which might suit your purposes:

I've got a request as well. I came across a picture of what looked like a theater-style undergrad lecture hall (staggered seating, each row on a progressively higher level). The entire class, probably 100 people or more, all had Mac laptops, save for one poor soul. This guy had a Dell or Compaq or something like that, and the point of the picture was to have him singled out (the only one without the glowing apple). Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Without search, it seems like this would be impossible to find anywhere else. I remember, roughly a year ago, coming across a flash cartoon of an epic battle, probably almost 10 minutes long, between an army of pirates with sword-shooting sword guns, riding flaming sharks, fighting ninja robots or something like that. They were all in space. The author was trying to put as many popular internet memes of that type into a single enormous conflagration of internet awesome. I was entertained, and I think many people here were too. I can't for the life of me find this thing, because as you can imagine, any connection of these search terms is next to useless on Google.

Any help would be appreciated!

The flaming sharks makes me think it might be How To Kill a Mockingbird.

Nailed it. Thank you so much!

Also a bit weird [edit: on second thought, post above is definitely weirder]:

Someone edited Star Trek clips (either original or Next Generation) to make it look like the captain and his crew were watching porn on the screen. Different crew members reacted differently; some were happy, some shocked, some amazed, some had knowing moments of eye contact. The porn sounds were overlaid. It was absolutely awesome.

As I recall, there was an original version, and a re-done version that was made as a tribute in higher quality.

Anyone remember this?

Could it have been "Star Trek TNG recut". Do a search on Youtube for them, they're great anyway :D

Also awesome, and recommended to any who haven't seen them, but not it. YouDummy pointed them out earlier.

I'm looking for a set of videos done by a guy who cooks in his apartment. The videos are done from the first-person perspective. This dude lives like total poo poo and cooks using a bunch of odd methods. The only reason you watch these videos is to see how much this guy lives like a slob. HALP!

You're looking for Masaokis. What a sordid tale that was.

Just came across another one as well. Hoping for good karma...

Has anyone come across the re-write of Othello referred to here?

How about Romeo and Juliet via conversations of people recounting what they remember about the play.

It's Romeo and Juliet, not Othello.
