I got a Technics SL-1510 for cheap a couple years ago. It played fine until about a month ago when it started to be unable to keep a constant speed. I assume it's the motor going bad. Is there anything that can be done? It has motor # SFMZ150-01Z printed on it, but when I search for that it's listed as the stator. I don't want to spend $60 on a part that might not fix it, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, I'll try that. It would be really cool if all it needs is a cleaning.
