I have an Audible Audiobook, and I want to keep it between my work Mac and home PC's using iTunes. The problem is that I've downloaded the audiobook using the platform dependent way on both sides, and yet every time I sync it to my iPhone, I always get a message that it is overwriting my audiobook on the iphone with the local copy it has. What makes it worse is that I can't actually figure out where audiobooks are being stored on my mac, I don't see it in the library and unlike my windows PC there is no "Audiobooks" section of my library, and the file it overwrites doesn't have any album art, while when I get home the Work PC overwrites the Mac version with one with album art.

What is going on here?
