I just installed iTunes and added my music library, but I'm having a weird issue. Why have I suddenly lost 2.5 GB of music?

I think I have some duplicates, but not 2.5 GB worth.

edit: So that thing is going through and scanning my files, but it's finding "Problems" with files that show up in iTunes correctly. I'll see what happens once I repair all of them.
