pissidential

* Country/Provider:United States

* Current contract status: Verizon Wireless

* Budget (phone/plan): 200. Almost Unlimited because I can still trade my current one in.

* Features I know I want: Texting, music player is iffy, and a camera would be nice.

My original phone was a Samsung Alias, and I loved it. For Christmas I got a touchscreen LG dare, and I really like it too. Maybe I'm just hitting the peak of my learning curve but the texting on it has really become an annoyance. The tactile feel is nowhere near as good as the Alias, the responsiveness is ok but I still find myself constantly backspacing because of typos and what not. This is my first touch screen phone. I'm not sure what to do, do I take the functionality in the dare (internet, big screen, great camera) or keep the practicality of the Alias (superior texting capabilities which is a large percentage of what I need)
