If you can find a Sony Ericsson w810 on ebay, I'd highly recommend it. Classic, classic phone with an good camera and flash, which can be used as an LED flash light. No 3G though, if you're a heavy internet user. I see a couple on there now for $150 - $160, so it may be a bit expensive for you..

The Nokia 5310 is a nice newer model from Nokia with a built-in 3.5mm jack, which is great for listening to music. It also has a nice QVGA-resolution screen. Just make sure to get the American version with the 850mhz band.
