I'm looking for some music that has guitar solos similar to the beginning of Pink Floyd's Interstellar Overdrive. Not that I don't like the whole song, but up until around 1:15 is what I'm looking for.

Can anyone recommend some Spanish or Latin bands? I like Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, Gipsy Kings, Buena Vista Social Club, Soda Stereo, and Jarabe de Palo.
