I would like more stuff like this:

Super reverb-heavy surf rock. The linked is actually a metal song redone as surf rock, but it serves as example.

While not always reverb heavy, try Man or Astro-man?

Are there any bands that truly sound similar to Hum? They have that shoegazy post-hardcore emoish sound that I love. Something like this song?

I really really love Rossz csillag alatt született by Venetian Snares, and I'm wondering if there's anything else similar to it in terms of frenetic, complicated stuff out there. I've heard lots of more ambient things, but what I really like about this album is that it's so incredibly intense (the most intense and chaotic parts of it are my favourite bits).

I know nothing about electronic music and I stumbled across this album by accident, so sorry if this is a dumb question.

So I think you want more breakcore. Lets go with that.

Maybe try Raime https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zW394q3Y_94&feature=youtube_gdata_player

Definitely check out Christian Cosmos as that is probably what you are looking for plus has fernow included in it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2GzcQkUXe0&feature=youtube_gdata_player

Try out Skywave, which had the guitarist from APTBS in it.

In honor of Yeezus coming out, I dove back into to Kanye West's first two albums. I've listened to them in the past few days waaaay more than I have to Yeezus, funny enough. I can't get enough of that upbeat, soul-sampling sound. Any other hip-hop like that I should know about?

He practicly copped that style from rza. So try the Wutang clan.

Wait, what? Rza and Kanye sound nothing alike. And like 1000000 different rap producers use soul samples, it's not anything Rza started. Also the last thing I'd call Rza production is "upbeat"

You might wanna check out Common's "Be" album since I think Kanye did a bunch of production for that. Big Krit does a ton of sampling and most of his stuff is fairly upbeat.

Ok, maybe copped is a bad way to put it. Heavily influenced by.

You probably should just look at the first page of the stoner/doom/sludge metal thread because theres a big old list that would probably get you where you want.

RinseFM is a real radio station that you can stream via the internet and download shows as podcasts.

I am looking for the nosiest psyche rock bands you can think of. Something in the line of Acid Eater and Mainliner. I a;ready know the obvious ones like Fushitsusha and High Rise so if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it very much.

Also if anyone know where I can get Xinlisupreme's Neinfuturer I would appreciate it even more.

If you want more of a mashup direction then try Kids and Explosions.

Particular genre isn't important because I'd either like to listen to what I like already or to see if I like new things, but what're some good groups (Or just songs if they're more one hit wonder types) that aren't particularly well known?

There's no way I can say that without sounding like a wannabee hipster.

Why not just pop into a thread you never look at and clicking some links?

Alright, so this quickly became one ofmy favorite russian bands. I've read disparaging remarks about them basically ripping off some foreign bands that were dime a dozen at the time. If that's true, I need to get to know those bands too. If anyone can help me with that., it'd be greatly appreciated. I especially like melodic patterns amongst the heavy guitar chaos.

Chimera along with everyone else in that whole tamtam scene were influenced by stuff like the velvet underground, nico, and just about everything coming out of cbgb at the time.

Fact of the matter is that the whole "they ripped foreign bands off" thing is said by people who do not like the band and so like to pick on how non russian their influences were. Starkov was a cool guy and I have seen him put as the russian cobain (a ton of parallels there). Have you checked out the other band he was in The Last Tanks in Paris?

Lots of cool Cure rip offs.

I have gotten a bunch of comps by searching around, but I did check out insulin reaction thanks.

Beach House is great but there definitely dream pop, not really shoegaze.

I rather like both of the "Joy" suggestions you had, though I wasn't to big of a fan of the alt rock edge and I think I may want more walls of noise? None of its bad but feels like all the bands I search for with that combination don't quiet have "the sound" im looking for (granted I myself am trying to articulate what exactly that sound I want is). I think I need something more noisey and less poppy but still very dreamy.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=natQF-y0Ez8 Here's I think another great example of the stuff I'm looking for, I probably should have linked this instead actually.

Thanks for your suggestions though.

There's a number of Japanese shoegaze bands that would work then. Hold up and I will give you a list tomorrow when I have a computer.
